Hello, colleagues! Welcome to the 2026 Black Hills Chiropractic Society Conference in beautiful Deadwood, South Dakota. We're excited to have you join us for an outstanding weekend of continuing education, networking, and fellowship. We have a full schedule planned for Friday and Saturday, and we look forward to seeing you there.

When purchasing your tickets, please begin by selecting your primary registration, including Doctor of Chiropractic, Chiropractic Assistant, and/or the CPR Recertification Course, depending on which sessions you plan to attend.

If you are registering as a Doctor of Chiropractic, please be sure to also select each individual course you plan to attend in the secondary ticket section. Each course has its own QR code that will be scanned at the door to verify attendance and award your continuing education credit.
