Heart of the Nation has created a comprehensive information session dedicated to the subject of cardiac arrest.

The course aims to increase awareness about what is cardiac arrest and provide education on how to respond effectively in real life situations with two crucial skills - CPR and the use of a defibrillator.

We want to increase confidence to ensure that individuals become active first responders in all first aid situations. The knowledge and skills you will gain will help save lives!
