Blacktown Family Science Fun Day
Event description
The Blacktown Family Science Fun Day celebrates not only Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM), but the full spectrum of STEAM education. We recognise the vital role that the Arts play in fostering a well-rounded, innovative approach to learning. By integrating the Arts disciplines, we unlock a world of creative problem-solving, critical thinking, and effective communication.
Students (ages 8-18) explore scientific concepts through artistic expression, design experiments with an aesthetic eye, and communicate complex ideas with the power of storytelling. This interdisciplinary approach ignites a passion for science and equips students with the skills they need to become tomorrow’s changemakers.
