This Blended Face to Face course runs over 1 day (5.5 hours), from 9:30am to 3:00pm.

There are two parts to this training.

PART 1 - Self-Paced ELearning - Issued 30 days before the Live Sessions are scheduled

PART 2 - Live sessions - on the dates of your order

What is Standard (Community) MHFA?

Standard MHFA teaches PRACTICAL, EASY TO IMPLEMENT and EVIDENCED BASED strategies to support an Adult person experiencing a mental health problem, worsening of a problem or a crisis in family, social and community settings. 

Every adult who lives or works with adolescents should do this course!

There has been considerable research done around the effectiveness of this training; with all content based on guidelines which have been developed through the expert consensus of people with lived experience of mental health problems as well as mental health professionals.

Mark is approachable, knowledgeable and utilises humour and significant personal narratives to engage participants in the course material. Mark works for MHFA International as a consultant trainer of MHFA Instructors. Mark's deep insights into mental health and education combine to provide participants with a unique experience in this training.
