Join Clare & Deepika for a morning of nature connection, chanting, walking and delicious food on Yuin country, South Durras.
We will meet at Murramarang Resort, walk to the beautiful secluded Emily Miller beach where Clare and Deepika will guide you through a sunrise meditation, chanting and movement practice followed by a mindful walk along the wild coastline. We’ll stop for swims along the way and end our time together with a delicious lunch and closing meditation.
