Blind Citizens Australia 50th Anniversary National Convention 2025

This year, the Convention will be held at Novotel Glen Waverley, 285 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley, Victoria from Friday 13th to Sunday 15th June 2025.  Please ensure that you register with BCA by Friday 6th June 2025.

Travel and accommodation arrangements must be made and paid for by the individual attending the convention. Accommodation is available at Novotel Glen Waverley which is situated at the convention venue. Please make arrangements directly with the hotel (phone 03 8561 2345).  When booking, inform the hotel staff of your attendance at the BCA National Convention.  This will ensure you receive the discounted tariff.

We will once again be offering a “Buddy Program” to assist first time attendees and more recent members to feel more at home during the Convention.  If you would like the benefit of a more seasoned buddy over the Convention weekend, please complete the relevant section of this registration form.  Also, if you would like to act as a buddy during the Convention, please complete your details on the registration form.

Note: If you are attending the convention as a volunteer, nominated agency representative, carer, or guest speaker (attending your session only), please contact BCA on 1800 033 660 before you register to discuss the process for registration.

CONVENTION PROGRAM

Requests for braille, large print or (posted) standard print formats have closed effective 9.5.25 as these documents are now in production.  There will be additional copies available on-site at registration on a first-come, first-served basis.
