BLISS Moon Experience - Manifesting our Desires and Intentions - Purifying the potency of Flow!

The last two moons of the year for a self exploration of your inner dance between your will and surrender, in a self discovery journey through the practices of initiation and integration of your kundalini energy.

The practice of Kundalini Yoga is a quick acting tool that allows you to tap into your endless potential, heighten your creativity, strengthen your physical body and open your heart very wide. A precious practice will have you play with your intention and will self-generating your kundalini energy. This technology is extremely empowering to surrender to yourself.

Kundalini Activation is a direct transmission of the kundalini vital energy to activate and encourage the awakening process within you. This process allows for deep emotional and spiritual healing and the energy will offer you and energy to burn the blockages stored in your energy system. This is a path of rebirth love and surrender.

Cacao, ubud raw, infused with chai spices and coconut milk and water will be a very deep connected ceremony for the event of either the new moon or full moon for the inward and outward focus directed upon the mystical wise wonderland that is our bodies as we move with it, breath it, connect with it and commit to it for the journey. Combining the cacao energy will be the invitation of allowance to feel fully without judgement for the purpose of our own growth healing and expansion and unconditional self love as we phase out 2024 new/full moons

Preparation
Wear loose and comfortable clothes - avoid zippers or buttons
Eat well 2 hrs before, or if an hour before make sure it's light - empty stomach is best, but fruits and veggies are always fine
Coffee lovers, if you can avoid the day of the event; plus no alcohol and/or drugs 24-48 hours before and afterwards
