In this 75-minute yoga class, you'll wind down with yin.
Experience a deep release of your joints and connective tissues with plenty of rest between poses to 'rebound' from your stretches. All geared to bliss you out.
What you'll need:
- If you're a bit of a yogi bring your bolster, blanket, strap and blocks.
- If you've been caught out by COVID-19 and don't have any yogi props don't despair. Grab a blanket or towel, a couple of large books (like hardcover fiction books), a long belt and 2-3 cushions.
- Your speaker so you can stream the playlist for this practice from Spotify.
