Bloom - a workshop for girls and their mothers /caregivers with Emily, Dayana & Clare

When: Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th September 1pm - 4pm each day

Where: Soul Tribe Studio, 57 Beach Road, Catalina

A gathering for girls, pre-menarche (onset of menstruation) or just 'started, with their mothers or caregivers, to demystify the menstrual cycle and to learn through information sharing about the physical and spiritual opportunities inherent in the female cycle.

On Saturday the mothers or caregivers will gather in circle to learn and relearn the wisdom of the cycles, including the shamanic wheel, the cycles of the seasons and the moon cycles. This will be a circle to share and support and guide each other, followed by a shamanic drum journey. 

On Sunday the mothers and the daughters will attend together. You will learn the basics of the menstrual cycle and how to honour and love each phase. 

This gathering serves to honour the feminine experience of the menstrual cycle and to celebrate being a woman.
