A free 6-week gathering for expectant mums 

Growing connections, easing the transition to motherhood 

Pregnancy is a time of big changes—whether it’s your first baby or you’re growing your family. Bloom & Connect is a warm and welcoming space where expectant mums can meet, share experiences, and build meaningful connections. 

Program Details:

Join us for six weekly in-person gatherings filled with relaxed conversations, engaging activities, guest speakers and supportive connections to help you feel more prepared and connected as you get ready for your little one’s arrival.

• Group size: Maximum of 12 participants

• Location: Grovedale Neighbourhood House. On-site parking available.

• When to attend: We recommend booking the full six-week block when you are between 25–35 weeks pregnant.

• Who is it for? This program is open to all expectant parents, including those expecting their second or subsequent child.

To help you fully engage and connect, we recommend attending without older children. However, if this isn’t possible, we’re happy to accommodate and will provide age-appropriate activities and toys.
