Important recommendations for classes:

What to wear:
Comfotable clothing that allows you to move safely and freely. You're encouraged to wear something that makes you feel good. Options could include leggings, shorts, singlet, tshirt, sports bra, fishnet shorts, pole wear or lingerie that you can move comfortably. 

Dance Heels: 
Styles such as ballroom, Latin, or salsa dance heels. Any brand of shoe is acceptable, however non-dance specific heels can be dancerous to dance in. Some examples of brands that sell Heels for Dance include BLOCH Dance Heels, Vivaz Heels, Vamp Heels and you can find "ballroom" "Latin" or "salsa" dance heels in Light In A Box App. Please email lylah.bookings@gmail.com for reccomendations.
Note: Flat shoes / bare feet are always acceptable and encouraged if this is more comfortable for you. 

Soft Kneepads: 
Highly reccomended for most classes, but not essential. Email lylah.bookings@gmail.com for reccomendations.

Water bottle, small towel, blanket or large scarf, a light snack

About Lylah Bloom
Lylah has been dancing for 20 years and has 11 years of performance and teaching experience, including Contemporary Dance, Jazz, Acrobatics, Gymnastic, Yoga, Circus and Aerial Arts, and more recently specialising in Burlesque and Fire Arts. Lylah is passionate about making her teaching accessible and inclusive. Everyone is welcome in her classes and workshops, however, please consider that some content includes transitions between upright/standing choreography and floorwork.
