8am Welcomed and Smudged, settle into your space

8.30- Opening circle - Gather for our opening circle where we will start with a grounding ritual, helping us transition from our everyday lives into the mindful and intentional space of the retreat. It is a time to connect with ourselves, each other, and the collective energy we bring to this gathering.

9-9.45am- Kristy Horner- Sisters in Motion - Through intuitive dance, breath and emotional release, you’ll be guided to meet yourself exactly where you’re at ~ whether you’re carrying grief, rage, joy, numbness or wild desire. You’ll move through it. With it. For it.

10-10.45am Michelle Essex - Scuba Shadow Diving is a safe, connective space that we get to co-create together. We're going to set our intentions and move through something that has recently risen for us using each other, our selves and soft movement. We are going to be gentle, self compassionate and non-judgemental as we better understand what our shadow self is, and how to safely connect into it.

11-11.45am Mel Raffan - In this empowering workshop, you’ll create a beautiful mixed media art journal cover that speaks to who you are as a woman. Using elegant rice paper, paints, and collage techniques, we’ll design a cover featuring your choice of female face, then add words that reflect your identity—strong, fierce, kind, resilient—whatever makes you, you. The best part is the journal is yours to keep—ready to fill with your thoughts, sketches, dreams, and ideas.

LUNCH by Chef Kiri a relaxed 2 hour affair

2-2.45pm Brooke Clarkson - Step into the sacred art of inner transformation in this experiential workshop where ancient alchemy meets the soul's evolution. We’ll explore the symbolic meaning of the Philosopher’s Stone—not as a mythical object, but as a living process of transmuting shadow into light into wisdom, lead into gold, self into soul.

3-3.45pm Monica Sullivan - Equinoxes remind us to seek balance. 12 hours of day, 12 hours of darkness. In this workshop, we will explore how the zodiac naturally encourages balance. We'll explore masculine and feminine energies in the signs, elemental patterns, and sign polarities. This will help uncover the deeper why behind each sign's traits — like Aries' boldness or Taurus' grounding — and how they flow into one another. The experience ends with a mirror gazing meditation to help you meet hidden parts of yourself with compassion. A gentle, healing journey into astrology and self-reflection.

4-4.45pm Christina Ross - Immerse yourself in a soothing soundscape designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and restore energetic balance. Using crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle rhythms, this session invites deep rest and inner alignment. Let the vibrations guide you into a peaceful, meditative state.

5-5.30pm Closing Circle with Brooke Clarkson - As we gather one final time, our closing circle invites reflection, gratitude, and gentle integration. This is a moment to honour what we’ve shared, ground ourselves before re-entering the world, and offer any final words or blessings. Together, we seal the space with intention, connection, and heart.
