We are very blessed to have members of the local Aboriginal community attending the festival and providing a Welcome To Country and performing a smoking ceremony on Saturday at noon. We encourage all festival goers to attend and celebrate Aboriginal culture with us.

We recognise their continuing connection to land and culture. We pay respect to their Elders past and present.

FAQs

  • Ticketing - General

Tickets are only available for sale through our website. All ticket sales will be facilitated by our ticketing provider Humanitix.

There are multiple tiers of tickets, Super Early Bloomer, Early Bloomer, General Releases and Final Release. Super Early Bloomer and Early Bloomer tickets are strictly limited, so it is recommended to purchase these early to save some money.

If the event does not reach capacity, single day tickets for Sunday only may become available, otherwise tickets will be for the entire festival. There are no single day tickets for Friday or Saturday.

All children 12 years old and under will require a “Kids Ticket” which is available from our ticketing provider, at no charge.

All children over the age of 12 will require a full priced ticket.

Your regular ticket does not include a Vehicle Pass and a Vehicle Pass must be purchased separately. See the Vehicles Onsite section for more details.

Your regular ticket does not include Early Entry. Early Entry tickets must be purchased separately.

Tickets will only be available at the gate, if the event has not already reached capacity. Please keep an eye on the Facebook event page and social media for information regarding ticket availability on the gate. Gate sales may only be able to accept cash at the time, so please be sure to bring enough cash with you.

Make sure you download your ticket before you arrive.

All ticketing enquiries shall be directed to tickets@blossomfestival.com.au

  • Where is my Actual Ticket? My Ticket Has Not Come Through

After you have purchased your tickets, you may notice that you have not yet received the formal ticket including the QR code for entry. Don’t worry, this is normal.

We have partnered with Humanitix to handle all our ticketing needs. We have intentionally held back the release of your scannable ticket until much closer to the event. Why?

    • To prevent scalping and keep tickets at fair prices

    • To ensure only legit tickets circulate through the community

    • To prevent tickets being duplicated and fraudulently being distributed to multiple people (this is the most common form of scamming)

    • To prevent tickets being lost/deleted/misplaced

Your tickets will be sent to you the week of event. You will receive an email from Humantix with your tickets attached. We will also send a reminder on the day of the event.

Make sure you download your ticket before you arrive.

What if you can no longer attend? This is not a problem, you can still resell your ticket through Humantix before the actual ticket as been sent to you. See above for assistance with doing so.

  • Does my name need to be on my ticket?

Yes. To assure that there will be no fraudulent ticketing, all tickets must include the name of the person entering the event with that ticket. To assure this is the case, photo ID must be presented for all people with an adult ticket.

  • Name Changes

To assure that there will be no fraudulent ticketing, all tickets must include the name of the person entering the event with that ticket. To assure this is the case, photo ID must be presented for all people with an adult ticket.

If you need to change the name on your ticket, this can only be done through the Humanitix resale option, using a private link to the person you are transferring the ticket to. Refer to the resale section below for more details.

The name on your ticket must match your photo ID and will be checked at the gate. You may be refused entry if the name on your ticket does not match your ID.

  • Reselling & Buying Resale Tickets

Scamming and fake ticket sales has become a significant risk for events in recent times, with online bots and scamming networks becoming more sophisticated, buying and transferring tickets has become a real problem. There is nothing that breaks our hearts more than seeing someone arrive at the gate with a fake ticket they have paid for with their hard earned money.

To avoid the risk of fake ticket sales and scammers, we have partnered with our ticketing provider Humanitix to provide a safe and ethical resale process through Humanitix's resale function.

Buying and selling through Humanitix is the only safe way to transfer tickets to another person, even external “safe” resale providers are successfully manipulated by scammers these days.

Furthermore, the Humanitix resale function will not charge the seller resale fees, allowing buyer to purchase their tickets in confidence with the ability to resell their tickets for the price they purchased the ticket for (minus initial booking fees). This is also better for buyers so they don’t get over charged.

To safely buy a resale ticket please head to:

    https://events.humanitix.com/blossom-festival-2026/resale

To list your ticket for resale, go to your ticket booking confirmation email and access this through the “manage order” option. After your tickets are listed, you can promote your resale through your social media or our event page.

Already found someone to buy your ticket?

You can list it privately and send a direct link to the person buying your ticket.

    ADVERTISING OF TICKET RESALES

With consideration of common scamming technics, Blossom Festival will not allow any form of advertising of ticket sales on our event page, unless the resale is through an official Humantix link. Any posts or comments made which are not in line with our policy will be deleted.

BUYING RESALE TICKETS THROUGH TIXEL (OR OTHER PLATFORMS)

Tixel resales are not supported by Blossom Festival. If you see a ticket for sale on Tixel (or another platform other than Humanitix) it is most likely fraudulent. Given we have not released QR codes to ticket holders, it is not possible to resell a ticket via any means other than Humanitix resale.

Only Humanitix tickets will not be accepted at the gate. If you have purchased a ticket through Tixel (or another means), you will need to raise a dispute with Tixel (or other platform) and request a refund.

  • What if I already purchased a ticket on Tixel (or another way)?

Tixel resales are not supported by Blossom Festival. If you see a ticket for sale on Tixel (or another platform other than Humanitix) it is most likely fraudulent. Given we have not released QR codes to ticket holders, it is not possible to resell a ticket via any means other than Humanitix resale.

Only Humanitix tickets will not be accepted at the gate. If you have purchased a ticket through Tixel (or another means), you will need to raise a dispute with Tixel (or other platform) and request a refund.

  • Vehicle Passes - Do I Need One?

In order to make the highway at the turn off to the event safe for you and the general public, we are required to implement safety measures and slow down the speed with event signage. Over the past few years the requirements at the time allowed us to manage a lot of the traffic management ourselves, however as the event grows we have seen a very large increase to our traffic management costs for implementing these safety measures on the highway. The cost of your vehicle pass is there to cover these safety requirements with a direct correlation to the number of vehicles arriving at the festival.

On a more positive note, vehicle passes have been proven across almost every major festival in the eastern states to minimise the number of vehicle’s travelling to the event, which means less emissions and more comfortable and spacious camping arrangements.

You do not need to purchase a vehicle pass right away. If you are unsure as to how you will be getting to the event, then wait until you know what you are doing. Vehicle passes can be purchased right up until you arrive or with cash at the gate. If you are car pooling share the cost of the vehicle pass with the people in your car, or if your mates get a lift with you and you already have a pass, get them to wait on you hand and foot all festival long as repayment for your generosity.

  • Camping Packages

Camping Packages are now available and include, 3m, 4m or 5m Bell Tents, which sleep up to 2, 3 or 4 people respectively. Scout Tents are also available, whilst Bell Tents are much more spacious, Scout Tents are more of a place to crash, with enough space to sleep and keep your bag.

Camping Packages must be purchased on top of General Release tickets. Packages include:

    • Pre pitched in the Possum Village Area

    • Access to Blossom Possum amenities (Toilets, Hot Showers and Shaded centre camp).

    • Mattress and Bedding (Not included in Empty Tent Packages)

    • Tent Lighting

You will not receive a physical ticket or QR code for your Camping Package. However, you can check in at the Blossom Possum Village on arrival & you will be assigned your tent. You cannot park next to your tent, however there will be packing a short walk nearby.

  • Kids Tickets

All children 12 years old and under will require a “Kids Ticket” which is available from our ticketing provider at no cost.

All children over the age of 12 will require a full priced adult ticket.

  • Early Entry Tickets

Early Entry Tickets grant you access to the event from 12:00pm and 10:00pm on Thursday 24 September. Early Entry Tickets must be purchased in addition to a normal entry ticket.

Crews that purchase an Early Entry Bundle, will first dibs at the campsite bookings.

For more details on Early Entry for Group Camping, refer to the Camping Page.
