These mini-yoga retreats have been thoughtfully crafted to reinvigorate and restore.
- Open the mind with a little bit of yogi philosophy and breathwork
- Get the blood flowing with playful, gentle yoga (beginners are welcome!)
- Boost energy with some light, healthy treats
- Release tension with some blissful restorative and yin yoga
- Send yourself into a dreamy, relaxed state with yoga nidra meditation
About
- Designed and facilitated by a certified yoga teacher.
- No experience or yoga gear is necessary.
- Set in a candle-lit space in the North Fremantle Community Hall.

From the moment we stepped through the door, the space felt welcoming, warm and soothing - especially thanks to Emily's lovely presence. She guided us through the retreat, with lots of options for different comfort and ability levels.
I don't practice yoga regularly, and there were no expectations on ability or flexibility, with lots of different options available so that each person could get what they wanted from the retreat. The other participants were like-minded and welcoming as well.
