An invitation to slow down, soften and reconnect.

We begin with a beautiful Blue Lotus tea ceremony, a gentle ritual for presence and intention, leave the outside world behind and fully arrive in the moment.

From here we journey into transformational breathwork. Through breath, movement and guided intention you will be held in a nurturing space to explore what is ready to be moved, shift or released.
