Travel instructions

Eltham Train Station is the closest, but you will need to get to the wellness centre by car. As you drive up, you will see a sign of companies - look for Martial Arts Academy - the Eltham Wellness Centre is part of the academy, so drive all the way up to the end. It is a long slope up.

Entry instructions

Enter via the large wooden door and through the door on the right hand side. The door will be open until 4:25pm.

Accessible parking

Plenty of free parking around the wellness centre.
