FAQs
- What are the box ofice opening times?
Box-office opening times
Friday 12.00pm to 10.00pm
Saturday 9.00am to 10.00pm
Sunday 9.00am to 6.00pm
- Where is the box office located?
Access to the box-office from Lurline Street is via the lane between the Clarendon Hotel and the Katoomba RSL carpark.
- Can I book a specific seat?
Due to the festival nature of the event, it is not possible to offer individual seat bookings.
If there is an act you particularly want to see, we suggest getting to the venue before their program time in case the stage reaches capacity.
- Can I book an individual concert ticket?
Tickets for the festival are sold on a weekend, day or night basis. We’re not able to offer individual concert tickets.
- Do the venues have seating?
All venues have seating, usually of the plastic, stackable kind of outdoor seating.
If you bring a small cushion please do not use it for "reserving" a seat.
- Where can I find the programme/timetable?
As soon as we can, we will post the day that each artist is performing.
Closer to the festival weekend we will then post the full concert timetable, which can be downloaded as a pdf and printed.
Every festival-goer is also given a free, printed program containing the weekend schedule of appearances and performer profiles. Please pick-up a copy when you arrive at the festival.
Free printed programs may be found at times at various points around the festival precinct but always from the Festival Shop adjacent to the box office.
* All artists booked to date are subject to contract and confirmation. The festival reserves the right to make changes without notice to the line-up whenever necessary.
