While the event is free, there is limited capacity for talks and info sessions.
Register to secure priority admission to presentations.
On the day
Allow time on the day to register at the venue.
Arrive five minutes before the start of each presentation. After this time those who have not registered will be allowed entry.
Take the opportunity to meet fellow travellers in the dining area
Basic hot drinks will be provided and there is a dining area
Food is not available at the venue but is available close by at the Lawson shops including two cafes and a bakery. We suggest bringing your own lunch or pre-ordering from these local businesses.
