BLUETOPIA is more than a retreat, it is a mystical realm where healing has taken root, transforming you into a profound state of balance.
Here, the air is filled with lightness and serenity, as if guided by guardian angels who hold the space in peace and protection. In this space, you are complete, equipped with a deep understanding and a trust that all is as it should be.

THE JOURNEY
5:30pm - Event Arrival - Arrive promptly at 5:30pm to enjoy the essence of the venue, which will have been pre-cleansed of any negative energy using five-element healing practices. Settle into the beautiful, safe space at Payapa Yoga Studio, ready for an evening of profound healing and transformation. (Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes earlier than start time) 5:15pm arrival for a 5:30pm start. Parking is available out the front of supercheap auto or along the side streets of the Princes hwy Banksia NSW.

5:45pm – Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by your host and facilitator, Hale Oney, founder of Blessed Blue ~ a holistic lifestyle brand. Join us as Hale introduces the evening's transformative journey and sets the stage for a profound experience.

6:30pm – Breathwork session commences. Adam Hubbard from Beneath the Surface will guide you through a powerful 9D breathwork journey as we activate our highest vibrations using the therapy of breath. Prepare to be transformed by Adam Hubbard, one of our elite facilitators at the Blue Topia Retreat. With a commanding presence and unparalleled expertise, Adam will lead you through an electrifying 1.5-hour 9D Breathwork Immersion. This isn't just a breathwork session, it is a journey into the heart of your being. Surrender to the intensity, embrace the power, and let Adam guide you through a potent breathwork experience that will ignite your spirit and elevate your soul.
You will be provided with headsets and eye masks for the breathwork immersion.
Please bring your own yoga mat and wear warm clothing, including socks and a towel, to ensure your comfort throughout the experience.
While your breathwork is taking place, experience a profound energy healing session led by Hale Oney, a practitioner of Feng Shui and metaphysical healing. Gather in a circle as Hale performs a sacred five-element energy healing on the collective. Using a combination of ancient evil eye lead pouring, Hale will neutralise your energy, wiping the slate clean from any trauma, self-sabotage, negative energy, envy, and anything weighing you and your relationships down from thriving.
The energy healing session will include music, smoke, sound, and evil eye healing methods.
8:00am– Refreshments
8:30pm – Guest Speakers + mingle with community

To make the most of your retreat experience, I recommend starting your day with a healthy and hearty breakfast and lunch. Setting powerful intentions for the evening ahead will help you fully engage in the transformative journey.
It’s important to drink good quality water throughout the day, during and after the event. Staying hydrated will not only keep you comfortable but also aid in eliminating any negative energy from your body. While it is always best to consult with a medical professional, it is often suggested to fast after your breathwork and healing sessions. Avoiding heavy dinners or large meals can enhance the benefits of the retreat. We will provide light refreshments to keep you nourished throughout the evening.
