Note: Blume Signature Dishes Lunch has Sold Out - a new dinner has been released.

Enjoy an exclusive seven-course dinner featuring Scenic Rim Food Ambassador Jack Stuart's most famous and favourite dishes. Taste smoked beets with jersey crème fraîche, rainbow trout with pearl beurre blanc, and the mutton neck and black garlic sanga. A unique, one-time opportunity to savour Blume’s finest culinary creations.
