BMX Blast

Join us for an exciting day of FREE bike riding fun at the BMX Blast! This event aims to build and expand the community of riders in the Bay & Basin area while promoting bike safety, maintenance, and well-being. Whether you're a seasoned rider or just starting, there's something for everyone!

Event Highlights:

• Bike Riding Clinics: Run by SCUM, these clinic focuses on fundamental bike riding skills for junior riders.
  NB: all participants should be able to ride competently. The same session will be run in the morning and afternoon.
  
• Bike Maintenance Clinic: Run by SCUM, learn the basics of bike maintenance and safety checks from local experts.
• Riding Demonstrations: Enjoy thrilling demonstrations by local BMX and mountain bike riders.
  
• Free BBQ and Drinks: Enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch with sausage sandwiches, soft drinks, fruit platters, and bottled water.
  
• Giveaways and Raffle Prizes: Attend clinics to receive raffle tickets and stand a chance to win exciting prizes, including $50-value items and other giveaways like gloves, grips, and unisex items.
