These Event Policies govern your access to CLEAR events and programs, both virtual, in-person, and hybrid.
Photo Release
I grant the CLEAR Institute permission to use my image in editorial and promotional contexts. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation related to the use of my photo. I understand that the photos may be used across a number of North Texas Nonprofit Institute publications or marketing material, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, and printed collateral.
In addition, I authorize the CLEAR Institute to use my organization's logo and name within photos shared from events or with promotional materials to promote programs, services, and events of the Institute.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Due to limited seating, you may cancel your ticket up to one week before the date and time of the event. You may transfer your ticket to another attendee up to 48 hours prior to the event. Please call 945-292-5013, or email hello@ntxnonprofits.org.
Liability Release
I/My organization wishes to participate in CLEAR Institute activities. I/My organization understands that I do so at my own risk.
