This programme is designed to prepare and position you for board-level roles, whether as a trustee or non-executive director.

What you’ll gain:
• Practical understanding of how boards operate and what they’re looking for
• Insights into real job/board vacancy ads — so you know exactly how to position yourself
• Guidance on strengthening your board profile and applications
• Confidence to step into leadership and governance roles

Beyond the training:
We don’t just train you — we actively represent and recommend you to relevant boards and opportunities after completion.

Real results:
From our first cohort, 2 participants have already secured board trustee roles — even while the training is still ongoing!

Investment: £1,000

If you’ve been thinking about stepping into board roles, this is a powerful way to get equipped, visible, and supported.
