“While good governance does not guarantee success, its absence almost certainly guarantees failure,” says John Wylie, Chair of the Australian Sports Commission.

Carrying out a governance review can contribute to effective governing by initiating conversations on good governance and supporting the implementation of ongoing improvement in leadership and governance.

In this session we will look at review frameworks and explore the best way to ensure reviewing your organisation leads to positive change for your boards and organisation.
