HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY REFINERY DANCE! BOATCHATA IS BACK FOR ANOTHER YEAR!

But, what even is Boatchata??

Boatchata was started last year as an opportunity to get to know our friends from social dancing beyond the dance floor. So often we're sharing our personal space with people and creating mini stories through dance together but rarely do we get the chance to actually have a conversation and get to know each other.

For that reason, Boatchata is specially curated to ensure we have time to socialise (in the way that non-dancers do... weird, I know!). We'll have dedicated periods through the day where we don't play bachata music so we can be present during our conversations, but then of course - we'll dance!

As this event isn't all about bachata it's perfect for any friends, family or partners you'd like to bring to enjoy the day.

The details:
Departing and returning to: Sardine Jetty, Fremantle
Time: arrive at jetty 11am, we'll dock back at 4:30pm
What to bring: bathers, suncreen, byo alcohol (no glass bottles)
Food and soft drinks will be provided. Please advise of any dietary requirements by 1st November
