Bobbi and Little Dolly head off on an adventure to the beach, picking up their friends, Lisa and Loris, along the way. What adventures and mishaps await them? And how will they feel when all is said and done?
Welcome to the world of Bobbi and Friends where teddies and dolls come to life through the creative expression of Brooke Hilder, and Brooke steps into the role of Bobbi, a young, bubbly individual with a great love for children and overflowing enthusiasm for life itself!
Brooke's creation of her act Bobbi and Friends: Journey to the Beach! is a tale that teaches young children that life is about the journey, and who you share it with, not the destination.
It aims to not only encourage children deeply into a world of imagination and play, but to foster emotional intelligence, and inspire children to spread love and kindness.

FAQs
- What time does it start?
The show will begin at 10:30am, and runs for approximately 40-45 minutes. Please ensure you arrive well before start time to allow time for parking and to find your seats.
- Is it a part of a bigger festival?
Yes, that's right! The Little Big Puppet Company is putting on their 2nd festival, called The Village Puppet Festival and it is on from 10:30am - 4pm both Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th of October.
- Why is it only sibling babies and toddlers, not all babies and toddlers that can attend for free?
As this show is recommended for children 3-8 years of age, I am suggesting that babies and toddlers only attend if they have an older sibling, this is so the audience members can get the fullest experience. Babies and toddlers who are siblings will be required to sit in a parents lap, to save seating at the front for their older siblings and other older children.
- Can my 2 year old come?
Yes, they are welcome to attend! However, please note that this show is recommended for 3-8 year olds so they may need to sit with you, and may not have the ability to pay attention for the full amount of time. If they become unsettled, you are welcome to take them into the foyer.
- My child is over 8 years of age but I think they would love it. Can they come?
Absolutely! The recommended age is only a guide, and if you know your child loves theatre, dolls, teddies, and performances and believe they'll be excited and engaged in this experience, then I would love to see you there!
- It says it is gentle, and not loud or bright, is that right?
Correct! One of my aims is to provide a gentle, inclusive and low sensory experience for our members of the community who find the world to be quite overstimulating. I, myself, am one of them. I hope you and your child are able to come along and experience this for yourselves.
Please know that the stage will be lit up, and there'll be some music, but nothing flashy or overly loud - that is my intention.

Yes, there sure is!
- Is it wheelchair accessible?
Yes, however, please notify us if you require a space to be allocated for your wheelchair in the theatre.
