Bocuse d'Or NZ Fundraiser Dinner at Park Hyatt Auckland
Bocuse d'Or Team New Zealand have recently qualified as one of the five teams selected to represent Asia Pacific at the Bocuse d’Or Grand Final in Lyon, France next year. After months of hard work, Chefs Szren Hamberger, Will Mordido, Ken O Connell and Tasting Jury Member John Kelleher are the first team to represent New Zealand in what is referred to as as the gastronomic Olympic Games. This is a monumental achievement and Park Hyatt Auckland is proud to support the team on their journey as they train and fundraise until the finals, where they will be competing against 23 other qualifying teams from around the globe.
It will cost the team over $100,000 to reach the finals, so Park Hyatt Auckland is hosting an auction dinner emceed by Cuisine Magazine's Kelli Brett to help reach this target.
