Body as Bridge — Dance Movement Therapy Tools for Parents, Educators & Carers

Join leading Dance Movement Therapist and Speech Therapist Alice Owen for an enriching, evidence-informed workshop exploring movement and creative expression as powerful tools to support children with ADHD and Autism.

Through guided, hands-on activities, you’ll discover how movement can:

  • Foster emotional regulation and focus

  • Support sensory integration

  • Strengthen connection and communication

  • Create more inclusive, harmonious learning and home environments

This introductory session is open to parents, carers, educators, wellbeing staff, and professionals working alongside neurodiverse children. No dance experience needed — just curiosity and comfortable clothing.
