  • A minimum upfront payment, which includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit, is required to secure your order.

Event description

Join us for a movement experience to go within and experience more presence, passion, permission and purpose in your life. Listen to the stories held in your body to gently set them free. Help to regulate your nervous system in a welcoming and safe space. No experience or equipment required.  We look forward to moving with you! Stay afterwards for tea, treats and connection.
