Body Tension Release and Breath Retraining class Wednesdays


Event description

Hello all,

You're invited to a deep body tension release class.

The class goes for 2.5 hours. It starts with some breathing and stretching exercises before we move into the extensive body release on the myofascial balls.

It's a self administered process as we all hold tension differently in our bodies. You are invited to explore different movements and angles to release the tension.

Through the process. You may feel deep emotions, relief or insights.

You are encourage to vocalise and express during the process and that can help with the release.

Please wear comfortable clothing. No mats required and the balls are provided.

We complete the class with a little share as that helps close the process
