All welcome, whether you are new to Body Weather or have been practising for many years.
WEEKLY TRAINING 7-WEEK SERIES
Led by experienced Body Weather practitioner and facilitator Gretel Taylor, this series aims to increase fitness and expand your physical range.
Sessions include an MB (Mind/Body, Muscle/Bone) physical workout; and/or groundwork exercises introducing imagery-led approaches to improvisation, bringing your attention to your body in nuanced ways.
You will get fitter, increase strength and flexibility, and enter states of wonder.
