Body Weather training 5-week series
Body Weather training will increase your fitness and expand your possibilities for movement in fun and fascinating ways.
Led by dance artist and experienced Body Weather facilitator Gretel Taylor, sessions include an MB (Mind/Body, Muscle/Bone) physical workout; and/or groundwork exercises introducing sensory and imagery-led approaches to improvisation, bringing your attention to your body in nuanced ways.
Poorneet season is in full bloom and Buarth Gurru is on its way on Kulin Nation Country. Let’s get active and creative, listening to our bodies and the surrounding world!
All welcome - some fitness recommended.
