Body Wisdom, Inner Genius: A Somatic Movement Therapy Group

This group utilises Somatic Movement Therapy to explore the deep connection between your body's inherent knowledge "Body Wisdom" and your unique personal strengths and potential "Inner Genius".

Through guided somatic practices, creative movement explorations, and shared reflection in a supportive setting, you will learn to listen to your body, access intuitive insights, and uncover the authentic talents and passions that define your unique brilliance.

Week 3: Connect the Dots
Week 4: Embody Action

It's a journey of self-discovery rooted in authentic movement, art therapy, sound therapy, tactile touch and meditative experience, designed to help you connect with and express your sense of self.

The course has been created from the theoretical framework of the Big Five personality traits (pioneered by Donald Fiske) and will be applied through a pyschotherapy lens.

FAQs

- Access to studio is up about 15 steps.

- All bodies and orientations are welcome.

- On arrival please keep noise in the foyer to a minimum as a meditation group is active in the other studio.

- Please bring a warm jumper and water bottle.

- Arrive with an open mind and ready to explore.
