Join me for a week of short and sweet online dance sessions!

Happy Apple week celebrates my recent certification as an Infant Developmental Movement Educator (IDME) through the School for Body-Mind Centering®. For graduation, our teachers (Amy & Sarah from Babies Project) gave us each a vintage 1970s Happy Apple toy. Classes this week will feature some of the themes from IDME: sensing self, finding support from underneath, connecting to senses, the dynamic environment, and moving with curiosity.

This mini-series includes 5 classes:

Mon, Weds & Fri 9-9:30am
Tue & Thur 12-12:30pm

Sliding scale booking is for the whole series plus recordings. Come to as many classes as you like.

Recordings are available within 24 hours, and yours for at least a year.
