In this 2 hour workshop, you'll learn techniques and tools for increasing your self worth, and discover limiting beliefs with activities to shift your mindset.

Hosted by business owner, NLP and Hypnotherapy Practitioner Alexia Eleni, you'll dive into what it means to truly challenge and change for good.

• Saturday 29 March 2025 10am-12pm + time for Q&A and networking
• West Palms Studio: 1a George Street, Hindmarsh SA 5007 (free street parking available)
• $55 each (or 2 for $100) + booking fee
• BYO notebook and pen or something to write on (laptop, iPad etc), and an open mind & heart
• Cold water, juices and range of teas provided

With Bold Beings, I aim to bring my knowledge of NLP, Hypnotherapy, and mindset shifting to even more people – this allows me to create an impact that has a ripple effect from those who attend, through to the people in their lives and beyond."
