Bold Embroidery Art for Beginners with Natalia
Event description
Embroidery can be used in a number of different ways, from decorative pieces for your wall, to cute monograms on your linen, and fun designs on clothing - like a bold patch on a denim jacket. But what about in combination with photo art?
Join us for a fun and creative workshop where we'll learn some basic embroidery stitches, and put them to use making striking works of art. We think black and white photos contrast best with the bold and shiny colours of embroidery thread.
This class is for absolutely beginners. No sewing or embroidery experience necessary!
Please email us a B&W photo that you'd like to use before class. It could be a self-portrait, your bestie, your favourite place or your idol!
What will we cover?
