For Teens aged 12-18yrs
Discover your strength, style and self-confidence at the Boldly Beautiful Teen Retreat – a half-day wellbeing experience designed to uplift, empower and connect young people through movement, creativity, and self-expression.
This one-day school holiday program includes four transformative sessions that support emotional wellbeing, resilience and self-esteem in a fun, age-appropriate way.
💬 What’s Included:
🧘 Pilates w Confidence Session – Guided by Cadence Pilates, this gentle and energising session helps teens connect with their body and mind.
💄 Makeup & Skincare Confidence – Learn beginner-friendly beauty skills that focus on hygiene, self-care, and embracing your natural beauty.
🎶 Mindfulness Dance – Led by Mad Creative Dance, this creative movement session is all about expression, joy and feeling free in your own skin.
💬 Self-Esteem & Breath Work Circle – Guided journaling and discussion activities that help build inner confidence, calm anxiety and promote positive self-talk.

Katie Joyce (Katie - Pilates w Confidence)
Katie is a Clinical Pilates Instructor, mum of three, and co-founder of Cadence Pilates, passionate about empowering young women to feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies. Through mindful movement and a focus on strength-based self-care, she creates a supportive space for teens to build resilience, self-esteem, and a healthy relationship with their bodies. Katie is thrilled to be part of the Boldly Beautiful program, helping girls connect movement with wellbeing—inside and out.
Maddie Apacible (Maddie - Mindfulness Dance)
Maddie is a passionate dancer, choreographer and teacher. Her career has taken her around the world to dance at Disneyland Paris and perform Broadway-style productions on Norwegian Cruise Lines. As a dance teacher, she believes in fostering a supportive environment where every dancer feels seen, valued, and inspired to grow—not just as performers, but as people.
