1.0) ADMISSION
BOLLYTECH is an 18+ event only.
Valid and current Photo ID is required: Drivers Licence (domestic/international), Passport (from any country), Proof of Age and other recognised proof of age cards are acceptable.
Xenon Staff, EKTA Officials and Event Security and staff have the right to refuse entry or evict patrons who:
i) Cannot provide a valid ticket
ii) Is under the age of 18
iii) Cannot provide a valid and current form of identification
iv) Behaves unorderly and is clearly under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other stimulant
v) Behaves in a manner that seeks to disturb public peace, and refuse to comply with the zero-tolerance policy.
Zero-tolerance policy: fighting, abusive behaviour, non-consensual behaviour, intimidation, harassment, or any other forms of threatening, aggressive or violent language or behaviour will not be tolerated. Event Security will evict any patron who refuses to abide to the zero-tolerance policy immediately on first instance.
2.0) TICKETING
All patrons entering the site must present a valid ticket. Patrons on site who cannot produce a valid ticket will be denied entry.
One ticket is valid for the admission of one person.
Do not purchase your ticket from an unknown reseller or online vendor (Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, Ebay etc.). Third-party ticket transfers are to be done at the risk of the ticket holder and purchaser. Xenon and EKTA take no responsibility for any ticket sales outside of the official Humanitix page at https://events.humanitix.com/bollytech-presented-by-xenon-and-ekta.
By purchasing tickets, Xenon and EKTA reserve the right to use photography and videography taken by event staff for marketing purposes. Patrons acknowledge they may be included in marketing and/or promotional content as members of the audience.
