    2. What do I need to bring/wear?

    - A yoga mat, water bottle, face towel. Please wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in, like leggings, track pants and other active wear and sports shoes. Please do not wear jeans or heels or anything that will restrict movement.

    - And most importantly, your smiles, open minds and positive attitudes.

    11. Can I join in the middle of the term?

    - Registrations for the classes will close after the 3rd week of the term. This is due to the fact that it will be difficult for the student to pick up the routine once it has progressed and this won't be fair to the other students.

    12. What if I don't want to take part in the performance at the end of the term?

    - The performance could be a variation of a live stage performance with costumes, available to be viewed by family and friends, or a more private affair, in the form of a professional video, for our Insta followers.

    - Please arrive at the venue at least 5 to 10 minutes prior to class commencement. to allow time for parking and assisting the class to begin on time.

    15. Can I bring my kids or parents?

    - As we want these classes to be as stress-free, and about you, the student, as possible, please have kids and parents wait outside the main hall, in the foyer, during class. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

    16. Can I "watch" a class or take a "trial class"?

    - If you would like a trial class, please purchase the casual one class ticket BEFORE attending.

    - You will not be permitted to "view" the class as it would be more beneficial to participate, to help you make a much stronger decision.

    17. How do I make up for missed class/es?

    - Once you have purchased a 10 class pass, unfortunately there are no refunds for any missed classes.

    - Videos of the routine progression will be taken after every class and shared with the group, and it will be the student's responsibility to pick up the routine in preparation for the next class.
