Join us at Bowden Cellars for an intimate night of tastings, banter, and brand new, not-yet-released wines with the local wine-making powerhouse, Bondar Wines!
If you haven't heard the name before, or don't know too much about this local brand, it's definitely time to get acquainted. Bondar Wines have plenty to boast about, including being named James Halliday's Best New Winery in his 2017 Australian Wine Companion, winning multiple trophies at the McLaren Vale Wine Shows, and securing a position in the Top 50 Young Guns of Wine both in 2018 and 2020.
Enjoy a taste through the Bondar Wines range, including their popular Rosé and Touriga, while listening to these passionate local winemakers explain the personal story behind the brand, tasting notes, and more. You'll also learn about the Rayner Vineyard, one of the most famous red wine vineyards in Australia (and now the home of Bondar) and its importance within the South Australian wine-making industry, plus try wines made from its valuable grapes.
Excitingly, you'll also be one of the first in Australia to taste Bondar's new wines as they release their 2021 Chardonnay, 2021 Junto, and their 2021 Rayner Vineyard Grenache exclusively at this BC event.
