She now heads Emeri, advising global venture-backed startups on investment readiness and sustainable growth, and is a certified board advisor. A founding member of Forbes Women Australia and a previous mentor with AirTree Ventures, Nia is passionate about giving under-represented founders a seat at the table and turning data-driven insight into decisive commercial action.
