Bonfire Showcase: A New England Filmmaker Showcase
Event description
The Bonfire Showcase is a family-friendly New England Filmmaker Showcase that features 4-6 hand-selected short films. Fueled by artistic expression and a crackling love for storytelling, this showcase features films that range in genre. No firewood is necessary, just bring your best blanket and be ready to discover, laugh, and celebrate new creators & stories.
The Screening begins on Friday, August 23 at sundown. They will play outside on the lawn of 195 District Park near The Guild Beer Garden. Attendance is free.
We will also host local community groups with their info tables to help our community connect with other local organizations.
SCHEDULE
Every film will be followed by a Q+A with the filmmaker. Our first film, Hi, Neighbore by Claire Andrade-Watkins will feature a special guest.
