Their songs reach toward something deeper than performance—music as remembrance, storytelling as a way of keeping wisdom alive, and singing as a practice of belonging.

Traveling from the Celtic Isles of Scotland, Bonnie Medicine brings her evocative songs and prayers to the Pacific Northwest, joined by beloved Port Townsend singer-songwriter, storyteller, and songleader Aimée Ringle.

Together for one special evening at The Palindrome, they will weave original songs, stories, and opportunities for shared voice into an experience that moves between concert and communion. About Bonnie Medicine

Bonnie Medicine is the musical expression of Mairead, a singer, song weaver, and medicine musician from the “Bonnie” isles of Scotland.

Her songs and prayers are inspired by her deep Celtic roots and connection to story and place. She weaves these ancestral threads with the songs of the plants, the rhythms of the Earth, and the drumbeat of the heart, drawing inspiration from the many lands she has traveled through and learned from over the years.

Walking a path as a medicine woman, bard, artist, and priestess, Mairead’s work extends beyond music into ceremony and co-creation with plant and animal teachers. Her passion for social justice and collective healing has deeply guided her songwriting and her mission to bring people together through song.

Through her music, Bonnie Medicine invites listeners into a deeper remembrance of freedom, unity, and truth, offering prayer and connective medicine in service to greater harmony between people, community, land, and the living world.

About Aimée Ringle

Aimée Ringle is a singer-songwriter, storyteller, and songleader whose work lives at the meeting place of music, ancestry, spirit, and community.

Known for her captivating voice and deeply woven songwriting, Aimée carries music as both an art form and a means of connection. Drawing inspiration from the natural world, ancestral remembrance, and general appreciation of the mysteries of being alive, her songs and stories invite listeners beneath the surface—into deeper relationship with themselves, one another, and the unseen threads that connect us.

Her path has carried her throughout Europe and beyond, gathering stories, songs, and experiences that continue to shape her work as a contemporary bard. Whether accompanying herself on guitar, banjo, or drum, sharing a story, or inviting an entire room into song, Aimée has a gift for dissolving the boundary between performer and audience.

At the heart of her work is a devotion to creating moments of sacred communion: experiences where music becomes more than something we listen to, and singing becomes a way of remembering, belonging, and coming alive together.

About The Palindrome

Nestled just outside Port Townsend, The Palindrome is a historic and spacious indoor performance venue and community gathering place located on the Arcadia estate.

Originally created by the world-renowned Flying Karamazov Brothers, the space carries a long history of creativity, performance, and gathering. With rustic wooden floors, high ceilings, large windows, and beautiful natural acoustics, The Palindrome has become a beloved local home for live music, dance, workshops, and community events.
