The BooCrew Artist Collective Found Escaping - Projection Event

Experience The BooCrew’s otherworldly hemispheric portal – curiously perched on the liquid surface of Lake Cootharaba – brought to life with projections of creative visions, future and past. This projection will be accompanied by live music created by Dorian Dowse and Gina Cardenas. Dorian will create atmospheric synth sound scapes, with Gina Cardenas complementing using singing bowls. This will be a special event that complements and reflects the natural beauty of the lake.

The BooCrew Artist Collective has been working with Bamboo for over 15 years. Harvesting from clumps requiring maintenance within South-East Queensland, their work embraces natural and reusable materials, leaving no trace once installations have been dismantled and disseminated into different lives.
The BooCrew Artist Collective includes Tim Davies, Ian Davies, Steph Zannakis and Mark Wilson.
