Book&Gather: Blind Date With A Book Swap
Event description
A Night of Literary Mystery, Creativity, and Connection
Bring a book, leave with a surprise — and maybe a new favorite read!
Join us for a cozy, creative book swap like no other. Here’s how it works:
-
Bring a book (one that you love or think deserves a second chance).
-
Wrap it up — but we won't just use plain paper! We will decorate the wrapping to reflect the theme, vibe, or setting of the book. Get as artsy or minimalist as you like.
-
Describe it — On the front of the wrapped book, we will each give a short, intriguing teaser: a few keywords, a quote, a cryptic summary. No titles or author names — we will keep it a mystery!
-
Swap it out — We'll each browse the other wrapped books, pick one based on the description that catches our eye, and go home with a literary surprise.
Whether you're into heart-thumping thrillers, whimsical fantasies, or poetic memoirs, there’s a mystery match waiting for you. It’s the perfect way to share stories, spark conversations, and discover hidden gems — all under wraps.
