So many of us were told somewhere along the way as we grew up to stop acting so silly. You're an adult. Act accordingly.

So in this class, Dominic tells you to drop the act. We are silly. We just need to give ourselves permission. From swing jazz to electric funk to pounding hip hop, Dominic will give you the rules (and how to break 'em) on how to move, how to connect with yourself, and how to connect with others without ever saying a single word.

We're going to play. So, act accordingly.
