Event description

THE BOOK

When the stars dance, chaos will reshape the world.

In the shadowy depths of the garjee forests, the Rahsu people of Arbonar gather for the sacred Manna Rites, unaware that their world is on the edge of chaos. The arrival of an unexpected stranger disrupts the ancient festival, setting in motion a series of events no one could have predicted.

As the Rahsu are thrust into a perilous journey, they must confront dark secrets hidden not only within their own land but across distant stars. Ancient forces, long dormant, are awakening, threatening to unravel reality and tear their world apart.

Olbi, a young hunter plagued by haunting visions, searches for his place in a world suddenly full of peril. Liran, shattered by unbearable loss, struggles to keep her grief from consuming her. And Zillah, the captain of the enigmatic Unity spacecraft, hurtles toward a destiny intertwined with forces beyond her control.

One truth lingers in the shadows: someone knows more than they’re letting on—and they’ll stop at nothing to keep the world’s darkest secrets buried.

THE AUTHOR

Wesley is a Science Fiction author from Western Australia, whose unique upbringing in the remote outback, often under some of the darkest night skies, shaped his fascination with humanity’s place in the cosmos. A Political Science graduate from Edith Cowan University, he was home-schooled and lived much of his early life in a tent in regional Western Australia. When not crafting stories, Wesley can be found walking in nature for weeks at a time or sharing the quirky fact that, at 36, he still has two baby teeth. He lives in Boorloo/Perth with his fiancé James and their little doggo, Oscar.
