Sat, Nov 15, 5:30pm - 10:30pm CST

Event description

You and yours are invited to celebrate the power of story and the impact of giving. Dr. Rod Berger's celebrated new book, The Narrative Edge: Authentic Storytelling That Meets the Moment (Wiley), invites all of us to reflect on the stories we live and those we craft along the way. Water insecurity around the world has influenced Rod's storytelling adventures, bringing him to the literal doorstep of Franklin and Nashville's newest resident - charity: water.

Regarded as an exemplar of the nonprofit world, charity: water has raised over $1 billion for nearly 200,000 water projects worldwide. Now, The Factory and Franklin are home to this juggernaut, highlighted by their new Experience Lab on the second floor of The Factory - bringing the power of innovation, giving, and community to our neighbors and friends in a one-of-a-kind experience.

On November 15th, we welcome you to a can't-miss event raising money for charity: water, hearing from author and storyteller, Dr. Rod Berger, and seeing the power of story through acclaimed singer/songwriter and granddaughter of Loretta Lynn, Emmy Russell, as she plays her latest hits and shares her story, live, with Rod on stage.

Bring your dancing shoes and stories to contribute to...

A night to remember...

A cause to get behind...

And...a story co-written with some of Nashville's most impactful leaders and personalities.
