Book Study Group: Bendowa with Burt Quinn

Please join us as we study Zen Master Dogen’s Bendowa: A Discourse on the Practice of Zazen.  With commentary by Kosho Uchiyama Roshi, Part 1.

In Bendowa,  Dogen gives us a glimpse of what is actually going on in our zazen practice beyond our perception of it. 

In person at Stone Creek Zen Center

Burt Quinn is a long-term Zen practitioner whose journey started in 1970 at the Berkeley Zen Center and moved through Sonoma Mountain Zen Center in the 90s, till he finally settled down at Stone Creek Zen Center in 2011. He recently received entrustment as a lay Dharma teacher from Jisho Warner.
