Book Swap & Suitcase Rummage
Event description
We're currently in the process of improving & updating AGA's Community Library, which means we need to free up some space on our crowded bookshelves. Luckily, our friends at Meridian are lending us a hand!
Swing by the Pride Hub @ Meridian from 4:00-6:00 pm on Friday the 30th of May, to peruse and potentially purchase some second-hand literature! Cash is preferred, as our Square reader is currently out of commission, but donations via our website will also be accepted.
We'll also be saving space for folks to set up a suitcase rummage, so if you happen to have a bunch of clothes that are no longer your style, load them up and see if anyone would like to make a trade. If you are keen to bring a suitcase, make sure to let us know beforehand by emailing agaevents@genderrights.org.au so we can be sure there's enough space for everyone!
All proceeds from book purchases will go towards restocking the library with new & updated material.

We encourage all who come to events wear a facemask and are double vaccinated (and where possible have received your booster shot) unless you have a medical exemption.
Accessibility: AGA House is equipped with an accessible parking space, ramp entrance and an accessible bathroom. If you want to attend but are unsure if this event is accessible to you, please contact us at the contact details below.
